My first day at work

Today....

1. DY started work at the Boulevard hypermarket.

2. DY was placed in the cold storage department.

3. DY had to declare all of his belongings before exiting and entering the hypermart to make sure that he did not steal anything or brought prohibited items into the hypermart.

4. DY wasn't allowed to bring his cell phone into the building. (Part of the rules & regulations)

5. DY had to wear his black John Masters pants to work as it is part of the dress code and Dy does not own any other black pants.

6. DY got dirt, dust, chicken, cow, lamb, and deer blood on his 200 ringgit John Master's pants.

7. DY must buy a pair of black shoes if he wishes to continue working there as DY does not own any black shoes. (A cheap pair of black shoes costs around rm20+ and DY only makes RM20+/day. So... that is like working for free for one day.)

8. DY made minimum wage today. RM 2.80/hr.

9. DY had to obey orders from Indonesian workers as they are full time workers.

10. DY had to arrange boxes in the freezer at -25C without a jacket.

11. DY had to work beside huge animal parts all day like a cow's body with a hole in it.

12. DY had to live with the constant fear that the Indonesians will lock him up in the freezer.

13. DY had to work in a really wet, dirty, and really really smelly area and DY does not think that he will buy anything from Boulevard for quite some time due to that fact.

14. DY had step on dirty water that smells like fish all day long.

15. DY was given a free lunch but it was crap!

16. DY had to use the stinky worker's toilet and he isn't allowed to use the customer's toilet.

17. DY must sing irritating but funny songs while helping Kilian out.

18. DY must declare all purchased items at the security stations and exit the building through the worker's exit even when those items were purchased while DY is off duty and only visiting the mall as a customer with his friends/family.

19. DY wasn't allowed to sit down from 8.15am- 6.00pm.

20. DY thinks that there is an 80% chance that he is not going back to work tomorrow!
